You need acc (to place bomb debuffs) crit rate/crit dmg (as for every attacking champion) and a high attack value (for bomb damage). You also need spd so that she doesnt get wrecked before she is able to use her a2. 

As you might have noticed, she needs too many things to be really effective and I replaced her in my arena team once I got Zavia. I still use her against clanboss though since her att debuff is really good on her a1. However, you need warmaster to make her viable.
