sound strategy but 5 questions pop out at me straight away, 

1, Are your artifacts 5 stars?

2, Gloves and chest are % based? (with either atk or hp)

3, Noticed you don't have any major healing on your team, Apothecary with spot heals may not be enough?

4, debuff removal is a big thing, is spirit host doing enough? (if I recall she has block debuffs but does it last long enough or on enough)

5, What's your average speed on your champions?
