They definitely do, But we(mods) also try to help and push the feedback to where it needs to go.

Been looking for a few days now, not seeing a single responses from the actual development team(s).

Biggest issue that EVERYONE is fighting with is the complete loss of energy, arena tokens, and even keys when the game simply fails to load into the battle.  This is costing people a lot of time and in many cases real money which is very concerning.
