Yeah I played for almost two years and until two days ago I couldn't get one either, but because of that the game made it so after opening 200 ancient or void shards without a legendary there is a +5% more chance of getting one

The drop rate for getting a epic is one in every twenty, and you can hope for a epic, duplication shouldn't be something to worry about if you have a smaller rooster....

im pretty sure the percentage chance of getting an ancient shard from lev. 20 dungeons is 1/2%. i don't think anyone knows drop rates of other levels. they also should be the same in every dungeon

You can also get 5/month from the market for either 20k or 200k sorry i forget the cost.

Outside of '2x Shard pull events' your chances of getting a legendary from an ancient shard is 1 in 200, and from a sacred shard the chances are 1 in 16.7.  After that they have a mercy system where your chances increase for every pull until you finally get one, then it resets back to stock chances.

It all comes down to luck unfortunately...

The chances are very, very rare. Clan boss, early Faction Wars rewards, missions and challenges are gonna be a better route to go for them.
