Yes.  Fusing RK is the last task in stage 4. 

Although RK is a great champ, who helped me  in every stafe of the game and  I still use him still on my Arena team at Gold 4. I think fusing him at stage 4 is a waste of energy.  IMHO, this task should be placed way earlier in  the missions.

I do wonder if we would have to fuse Arbiter. 🤔
