as i said above, 20% is still 20% and now you have to add fact that you have to wait till enemy hits you and i don't know, but ussually you don't want to be hit that much, especialy in arena offence

I am using frost at on Heiress played against the dragon and arcane keep about 45 rounds and never saw it register. Not even a resisted.  My acc is also 73. Let me know if you need any more info
