are those specifications due to probability of setting a debuff in consideration of accuracy really work correctly? E. g. I've got Tallia, Sacred Order, with 140 accuracy and her weakening debuff (with a basic 75 % probability of getting triggered) triggers pretty seldom at clan boss and definately not more often than Kaels poison debuff on ATK3 or ATK1 with an accuracy of 62 or Rowans poison debuff on ATK3 with accuracy of 146. Generally I would say, the debuffs do not trigger at a probability of 75 % but lower. Even with Zargala (ACC +40) as leader it seems to be the same poor setting frequency.
