I also experienced last week that exploit in arena - you guys should fix that asap if it is an exploit otherwise its a huge damage to the game.

Same issue, different champ.
It`s looks like the Shadow Heal mastery. It heals champ for 3% if enemy heals, procs once per turn. So if you need to finish champ with SH - you need to avoid vampiric set in 1:1 combat or use 2 champs. 1 will trigger SH, 2nd will finish that freak.
And the 2nd heal is from immortal set.

That sounds plausible. But still looks like a bag. As if the damage is dealt (15k - 18k) and is enough to kill the champ, healing 3% should not help (800). Watch the second video.
