you wll never get an answer because quite smply, they dont care, not helpful i know, but at least its an honest and truthful answer and may allow you to move on .Wrong on so many levels, you know this right? think of how many people they have to deal with on a daily basis, i've seen people send in 11 tickets for a crash.

It's a bit easy for solve this problem, login again on Fb account and it will be active again (if you don't deleted that acc). After that you can login in game with your old Fb account.
