I have used over 600 Crystal's in shop to test this and not once has a blue shard appeared. I've also used 1000's of energy in dungeons and not one has dropped.

I know you or the people in charge of loot lowered the drop rate for the event which was a bad idea but it broke and now there are nothing dropping....

I think we deserve some for of compensation as not only did I waste countless hours checking this but I wasted my time farming for something that was unable to be attained.

I have been playing for 3 weeks now, used a few thousands of energies and never seen a single drop, but I was mainly doing lower lvl maps, so not sure of this is related or not. 

If I do shop refresh it wont take more than 50 crystal resets to see an ancient shard appear.

On a bad rng day maybe 100.

Cant say how often they drop from dungeons but I've used more energy than ever before to test it over the past 2 days that I'm sure there is a problem.

I do understand how the drop is supposed to work and the reason for posting is is because I have tested the issue myself for a long time and before the event it was very different. 

I collected multiple shards a day from refreshes and even though the drop from dungeons is quite rare I did collect a lot this way.

Since the event they have completely stopped and no matter how many times I have refreshed the shop they do not show up.

Please test this for me as I know what I'm saying is the truth.  If you take a test account and use 1000  crystals for refresh I guarantee not one will drop.

Before the event Its not possible to say exactly how many  crystals would be required for a shard to drop but by the time I had used 100 crystals I would have gotten at least 1 and in some cases 2-3.

I use this technique to attain 5 star gear and shards for fodder and it's a technique I've used in many android games to attain said materials quickly at the start of games

yep, i bought two everyday during the event. And didn't see one after.

The drop rate was not lowered due to the event, but there are limits to how often Ancient Shards show up on the Market. As for Dungeons, they are quite a rare reward there to begin with.

How do you feel about being super transparent with the community and telling us the exact numbers on probability of droping each reward?
