Great idea! The beauty of this being early alpha is these types of points will be picked up if they can work it in I'm all for it. A unique talent tree for your profile that boosts some form of exp progression or energy refill or cap limit for energy or pvp tokens great idea applekay 

There is a talent tree just not based on how you level. In Raid, it's called masteries. The tab can be accessed on your champ screen. You can earn points or scrolls for your talent tree by completing the Minotaur dungeon.
