Is there any place i can make a compliance about the support team members?

Hellow, Zw. You will need to submit a separate ticket to Support and mark it as a complaint, it will be passed further up the "chain of command" to be reviewed.

I started the game 4 days ago! I log in today to find my account has been reset back to 0...not happy is an understatement! Please sort it out!

Curious, why my first reply has been deleted. The effort you put in censorship should better be invested in cleaning the forum and answering more than one or two selected questions/issues

I purchased  legendary lifesteal 5 star helmet  in the market but I didn’t get it in my storage 

It disappeared

Hello! Please try to re log in to your account and check your Artifacts storage again. Perhaps, there was a delay with adding the Helmer to the storage because of some local connectivity issue. The Helmet could not have disappeared, it is to end up in your account once it has been purchased.

Okay, I've been playing this game for months, I beat the campaign on easy and got the sacred shard. So tell me, why have I still not gotten a Legendary? I know there's only a 1% chance, but I've gotten multiple sacred shards, and in return gotten rare champions, and sometimes epic. But still no Legendaries

@James, welcome to Raid. Yes, legendary drop rates are REALLY low. I have 1 and I have been playing every day since April. I'm mostly free to play, but sometimes pick up daily blue shards. It's a chance roll every time. Sometimes people get lucky, others are really unlucky. Watch some of the "massive shard opening" videos on YT and you'll see that sometimes people will blow $$$ on shards and get nothing, other times they'll get Bad El Kazar on a $0.99 daily blue. 

I do feel like the rates should be different on *earned* shards. Maybe even guaranteed. Like if you want to gamble your money on sacred shards have at it, but if someone worked their A off doing thirty days of daily quests to get a monthly sacred, it should have a better rate. Just IMHO. Because that would reward engagement.

A few days ago I was playing Raid late around 12:15am. Not uncommon for me because I love this game. I am level 50 with level 60 players That are legendary epic and rare. I have enjoyed this game very much and I’ve played hours every day. I Have enjoyed playing with my best friend on the same clan. 


The next morning I got up to battle the Clan boss before heading to work only to find my level 50 game is gone and a new player showed up at level two and already passed the tutorial. 


I have been trying to work with polarium supports for a couple days now. I’ve shown proof of my account with text messages and screenshots That my friend and I share between each other about our heroes and our battles. After two days he said unfortunately he can’t help me and did nothing!

The only way I can see that this happened is someone hacked Read and took my game! People are constantly selling players on Raid. It makes sense where some are coming from. 


This isn’t right! I invest so much into this game only to be told tough luck!

So far I’ve had one person from the support team. I showed proof of my game using pictures they sent between my friend and I have play on the same clan. In short of words he said tough luck and refuses to let me communicate with management

Yes. Legendaries are VERY hard to get. And some of them are useless!
