Leech and Weaken debuffs..
What do these 2 debuffs do? Weaken is a common debuff that many champions have. And leech is in defense mastery Harvest Despair (lvl 4).

Hey, Kappa. Weaken increases the damage taken by the Champion with this debuff by the % indicated in the Skill (15% and 25%). Leech allows all who attack the Champion with that debuff to heal by x% of the damage inflicted - so basically mass Lifesteal.

Hello OP
Leech allows your champions to heal by 18% of the damage dealt to the target that has leech on them
Weaken has 2 versions, a 15% and a 25%, what it does is that it will deal said% more damage to the target with the debuff.
