We do not plan the upgrade artifact tournament in the near future. Yet, there are two upgrade artifact events coming, one of which will start tomorrow.

We know of this bug and working on a resolution. The fix will be added to the game as soon as it is ready.

My game updated today, and now it’s saying “this app is no longer shared with you” and won’t log me in. I downloaded the game with my own account. Any chance this will be fixed soon as I am trying to grind out the legendary?

It looks like a separate issue. Please contact our support, send them a screenshot of the message,Plarium ID if possible, and information about your gaming device. Also, you can try reinstalling the game or access it through PlariumPlay, if this problem occurred on a mobile device.

Anyway, yes, the arena need a fix more about the number of players that left the game and their teams starting to go lower and lower and are in divisions that are not where they suppose to be.
Also in gold IV to Plat, there is a huge unbalace player status right nowHi.

Arena was always a very competitive feature. We are testing arena tournaments, and Arena 3x3 was announced. These events made players more active in the arena, which resolved in making each tier stronger and more competitive. You, most likely, experience the aftermath of this change.

Fire Knight and Spiders Den are the Dungeons oriented on building a specific team to overcome the challenge. Both Bosses have unique abilities that you have to tackle by choosing the right champions with the right Skills, so your team could succeed.

For this situation to occur, a player needs to minimize the screen during combat, and be absent long enough that game client will consider the user as absent and close the game, to prevent excessive use of device batteries and processing power.
We are currently considering taking KB keys after the damage on Clan Boss is verified, but this idea needs more work on precautions from possible system abuse.

В том то и дело что отвечаю на звонок, разговариваю даже 5 секунд и raid перезагружается.
That's just the point that I answer a call, I speak even 5 seconds and raid reboots.

Hi all
Is there no way to remove inactive players in the classic arena?
This will make space for the active players still keen on fighting to get to the gold and Platinum Tiers?
