We restored the active BP to the unbanned players and all levels they received before the ban.
Those players, who got unbanned on the weekend and decided not to wait for a fix and bought another BP ("second") received Gems in the doubled equivalent of value.
Also, all the received Shards before the ban were restored.
We will keep you posted.

Now i only wait to be unbaned.
And then i Will fight for pb back.
I still have not received mine. I got a "Rollback compensation" of 1 mystery shard. But not my Battle Pass or Raid Pass. In game name wise dude.

Hello, slightly off topic, but there is a bug in the weekly BP rewards.
"Ascend 1 champion of every faction"
It is not giving credit appropriately. There is a long thread in Game Discussion forum, but I don't know if it is being monitored. Please comment on fix or compensation, Thank you.
Well my Gold Battle Pass is gone again.... every time I hit the Support in game it just says loading...... and never loads. They %%%%% the update and the Battle Pass and the players are still paying the price.
