I just got my answer from Plarium: the limitations are what it says in the post, so - as @little miss nasty suggested - it's just about dropping 32bit support. Your processor should be fine.

little miss nasty and crowbar. thanks for taking the time to respond, perhaps most 64bit systems came with i5 processors amd mine was the earliest version and came with i3. I agree the i3 should be fast enough to handle the rapid pace of this game lol

i3 is 64bit, but it can run 32bit apps. So, your Win could be 32bit, but this is highly unlikely.

I don't use Win much, but according to DuckDuckGo's "AI" assistant, this is how you can check if yours is 64bit:

To check if your Windows is 32-bit or 64-bit, click on Start > Settings > System > About, and look for the System type under Device specifications. This will
indicate whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit.

Should be ok, really, as 32bit are a relic of the past.

Your i3 should be ok as they are recomended settings, the main thing seems to be moving from 32bit to 64 bit.
