You can also see your units in each of the blocks by clicking the arrow on the right hand side of the block's entry: https://i.imgur.com/ZhlpvIe.png

Go to your Stronghold --> Garrisons  --> Click the second drop down menu and click on Blockades. Then you'll be able to see all your blockades. You can either recall all your troops from all Blockades or by clicking recall on individual Blockades.
