Unless you fulfil a rather steep conditions for a custom flag, the only way to change your BH's flag is to disband your BH and make a new one.

Interesting. We used to beat on Brotherhoods that had stolen out flag. I thought it was just 5,000 Rubies.

5k rubies is to change the name of your BH, and it can be done once a month. The flag cannot be changed.
