Hello i have stucking wheel of fortune maybe one year already, and i send lot of ticket to support but never had solution on Siren's strait server
On server Golden Coast back to work normaly, so that mean have possibility to resolve problem

There are no bugs in the game which are related to Wheel of Fortune discounts. You can receive the same discount offers and this is not a bug. Since this situation is a part of regular gameplay, I have moved your topic to Game Discussion thread.
So one year discount of 20% for carpenter isn't problem when other can buy fireships and other troops regulary on discount what change every day
