I do not understand why i am charged for rum consumption before the troops are built?
if a pirate does not exist how can they drink all my rum?
You probably have units. Check your Stronghold and your Harbour.
Also, I think that buildings themselves add to consumption a bit (but not much, so it may matter only for very fresh accounts).
I have 10 pages of troops being built and my rum is minus 2000 per hour.
the more i put in the building que the more the minus goes up?
No. Your rum negative depends on the number of units that you already have. If you bought any rubies, you probably got ships and other units too, along with the rubies.
