Do not worry about Adobe Flashplayer
Chrome has its own version of pepperflash installed within the browser, which updates every time you click Help > About Google Chrome
It may help to uninstall Adobe because trying to run 2 versions of flash can create conflicts

Just click "Run the plugin" in the menu you got with the right click. Happens to me too, usually when I reload after the game crashes Flash.
