hmm didn't think much of it. But you're right about the wheel. Mine's been 40% off all units so wasn't a useless one like the barrel discount.

Least in my case I got lucky and got a good one. But I do see your frustration having been stuck with the barrel discount last time this happened.

from what I've noticed, maybe wrong but fixes like this generally occur at the end or beginning of a month.

Mines stuck on 30% it does change to other things as in items but the 30% never changes ...

why can't plarium just have it to give everyone the same percentage till it's fixed.. just seems this would make it fair for all

And you guys are talking about 70 and 30 procent offers on troops. I didnt get that one for 2 years! Yes, Im a coiner but that doesnt mean that I dont want those offers. So fix that also when your at it, its not fair.

Yes its fixed. Now I have a 25% offer on skins instead of 50, LOL. But glad that the wheel is not stuck anymore. Now lets hope I finaly get some good offers, just like all the others, but for now: Thank you very much for fixing this issue
