I am running windows 10 with the latest chrome release and when clicking on the center of the master at arms image I get the executive status report. It would appear that the image map for the two images have been overlaid. If I click on the right hand side of the master at arms image i get the right result.

Had this problem for days and just went back into the game to check on some activity and the damn thing is working correctly. Typical!
