On May 23 between 3-3:30 pm CDT I purchase a Might Fleet Pack "  for $49.50.  I know I did not receive 38700 rubies,  I can't track rest.  At time of purchase there were two left. Afterwards there was one. I have a screen shot showing one left.  My rube count should have been in 60K. CITI tells me the purchase is recorded as pending as of this morning.  Could you check to see what has happen to my purchase?
