Hmmm... than that's what Plarium logs will probably say. 
Let's wait for the Support to look into it. In the mean time, if your BH didn't spend the codexes, ask them to wait until this is resolved. I assume (but don't really know) that it's easier to undo it if nobody profited from it yet.

I have checked your logs and found that purchased Codexes at 22:15 UTC on November, 16. You can check this is in Brotherhood Resource History, in Bastion Knowledge window.
I am afraid the Rubies cannot be restored since the Codexes were used for a Knowledge upgrade.
