The platform is Plarium.com the server is The Sirens strait. As for what caused the issue I don't know I would hope you could tell me. I know the game froze and when I refreshed the page and logged back in I had not gotten my 6th friend rewards. And when my friend level'd up to 15 I did not receive those rewards either.

Hello, Captain!
You receive rewards each time only for first 5 invited friends. The next reward will be available when you invite 10 friends to the game.
The system works this way and for the rewards, you get when your friends reach level 15.
