Plarium did contact me with instructions. I followed the instructions and ended up with a lvl 1 haven. Now I can't even contact Plaium because in the link you sent me, it will not accept any coordinates in the appropriate box. Is there any way to contact Plaium using e-mail. I need to talk with somebody to get this resolved.

You just ended up on the wrong map. See item 1 here.

If you played on Plarium (not Kabam) before, you're looking for "The Pirate Bay" (also called s1). The default one is "The Sirens' Straight" (s3), which is likely where you ended up.

The menu will tell you which level (if any) you have in each of those maps ("Level 86" in the second screenshot on that link).
