Hi all,
I have placed in the top ten 2 times over the last two week, but I still did not get my reward for doing so. I did receive the reward from the tournament ranking, but not from inside the game tasks/reward.
Does anyone else have this problem?
If you are referring to the Top 10 personal Achievement reward under the Warfare tab, it should be collected at the bottom of the Quests panel.
Anyway, just to clarify, top 10 achievements are not related to tournament rank, but to weekly rank in Offence, Defense, and Raid (meaning you have to be in top 10 at the end of the week)… so pick your poison.

I also have missing Emeralds not in the top ten
but in the90 day Fire born daily reward
I got my Dragons and other things but not the 250 Emeralds as promised
the emeralds from the Clan PVP Warfare that finished this morning 22nd of march 2016 gave me the 130 Es straight away
I started with 153 in bank +130=283 SO WITH THE 250 FROM THE 90 Day total should be 533 Emeralds
I do not have a major issue .It would be nice to get what you are
