I am experiencing this problem. When I click the "Fresh Eyes" icon I purchased, it simply tells me "Error:  Unable to perform the action.". I have only attempted this when I have 2 battlegrounds, and have never tried twice in one day. It just doesn't work.

Do you still experience the same issue? If yes, please let me know if you have tried some standard ways of resolving the situation, like clearing the browser's cache, switching the Internet connection. e.t.c.

still not working , cleared al rounds of bg and still wont work , lol its not a refresh thing.

 have 1 refresh bg for 2 months now

Unfortunatley, the problem persists. Yes, I have tried all the normal solutions, including purging my machine of all unnecessary programs, de-fragging, rebooting, and of course, clearing the cache.

FRESH EYES not working for everyone. A player who managed to get a reply from support said that they stated it would be rectified at next major update.

So dont stay up, guys. Santa comes only at Christmas time. He's in charge of the update section.
