I am not sure was discussing with some of my clan mates the other day and comparing the changes since the game started 2 years ago. Everything the developer give they take it back in another form. ATM for a lowbe the problem they encounter is ale and their SH is constantly getting raped by old timers who are God like levels above them. Without us sr. players deploying defensive troops in their SH they would have nothing to build up their troops and resource generating buildings. Thank to the developers they increase the amount of raids to 30 so that levels the playing field a bit. This is just 1 of the examples.
