I believe that this NORDS problem is being interpreted incorrectly by the Administrators.

There is an individual quest that is not part of the regular "4 hour" quest rotations as your replies from the previously closed session on this topic appear to conclude.  Specifically this issue involves the Defeat Rivals at Stashes quest which is in the events menu and is always (?) the last quest showing in the events menu.

More detail.  It is a quest that among other things rewards the successful player with troops.  The type is dependent on the players level.  I may be off a bit here, but for level 70 and up there are 2 nightstalkers, for levels 6x, there are 3 shadow lancers as I recall.  

Once you complete this quest, precisely 12 hours later, it will reappear - for most.  That is the problem.  For some in our clan it no longer shows up at all.  So obviously a change has occurred in the program - either a "bug" or a programmed change that as far as I know, we were not made aware of.  Which is it?

I do get this quest refreshed 12 hours after successful completion.  I am playing on a PC on the Plarium.com platform
