I got a message from King Bjôrn that said i end up as nr 17 in this weekly raid.
But i was the first to reach 3.500.000 ressources this sunday, and it showed me as nr 1 the hole sunday.
Why dont i then get my first price from the weekly raids event, and why do King Bjôrn tell me i end as nr 17 when that is not correct??

There are no bugs related to weekly rankings system.
The correct place in the weekly ranking is specified in the King Bjôrn's letter. It is sent directly from the game server at the moment when the rankings reset (at 07:00 UTC on Mondays). And the information you see in the rankings tab can be outdated due to uncleared cache in your browser. Please always keep your browser's cache cleared to avoid such issues.
