I have the same problem. Says there is a message in Blood Pacts but there is nothing there.

this is a bug affecting pirates/nords (which i know of) and will be fixed with next update.

I guess the update was yesterday since clan chat disappeared and it finally looked like it was fixed (no more unread messages).
And what should i say - today it is back. Got another "ghost" message that claims to be unread but there is none... -.-

I don't know about the rest of you, but the problem still exists. I play Stormfall, Nords, and Soldiers and have had this problem for almost 2 weeks now with ever single game. I stopped playing Pirates because of the multitude of bugs I experienced that made the game unplayable. It's very annoying thinking you have new mail or messages and there is nothing there. As stated above I have had these issues for almost 2 weeks now and a fix is in order.

I currently have showing 5 messages unread, 4 warfare reports, 1 Diplomacy, and 4 Blood Pact reports. NONE of which exist. But it changes everyday, so I waste a LOT of time looking to see if there are really messages or not. It is not getting better, it's worse.

Thank you for this report. Our developers are aware of this issue and they are currently working on it.
As soon as they prepare a fix, it will be released. Please be patient, it may take some time. Thank you for understanding.
