Nice that there are updates. Too bad I can't even get into the game to see them! I have auto update set, and I have restarted my computer 3 times. It goes to a screen that says please update to continue but there's nowhere to upate it. I've submitted a help ticket but i'm still waiting.
Yeah I have auto update turned on as well and tried restarting and all i get is the future play load screen then black nothing else happens.
OMG.. I do not know what to do next. All my gardens assets are gone and replaced with coin icons. I was at level 78 and now at 6. Everything is gone. My gems are gone. I uninstalled and reinstalled and my game is totally broken. I put so much time AND money in to it. Please fix.
Would someone p lease help me. Game totally broken and all assets lost as of Sept 18th after latest roll out. I'm lost trying to get help or submit a ticket. Thank you for any help you can offer.
