I think you are releasing too much too quickly. Also the crate rush events seem to be for ptw players only as you need to pay to get the keys for the mech, weapon or pilot. I'm not going to into rant about the mess you've made of FFA in tourament.

Instead of foccuse on new mechs and weapons you should foccuse on the matchmaking and other serious problems. At each update there are more issues to solve than news lauched. :(

Instead of fixing the matchmaking and countless bugs that exist, or implementing suggestions from players that are highly popular, you clowns come up with more crap we don't need 🤦‍♂️👎

1. No compensation gifts (like on Raid) for server issues, maintenance issues etc. 

2. No birthday gifts, like on Raid. 

3. Mech abilities fail or there are so many imbalances i.e. mechs shoot through stasis barrier or Surge's stealth mode doesnt activiate and you end up getting killed because mech abilities fail. 

4.  When we lodge issues with support, you request a video of the problem.  Impossible to record EVERY GAME to send you video footage of the problems.  

5.  For the amount of money people spend on our game, the tournament awards (like Raid) is dissappointing.  

6. I stopped buying battle pass because the rewards SUCK.  Plus "exclusive" battle pass skins becomes available in fortune vault.  

I stopped playing and spending on War Robots.  You're copying their strategy of shooting out new items, turning a suburb game into a play to win only game.  

PlariumPlay, said to say, doesn't take community concerns/issues to heart.  

They've lost so many whales on Raid: Shadow Legends because they're chasing money.  

Made over a billion USD in about 18 months and yet... can't fix the obvious issues.  

Popular players don't really mean anything to Plarium.  

They're following War Robot's strategy where they force those of us who want to continue playing, to spend more money. 

looking forward for a buff on arachnos, he needs a buff on his ability, it dosnt do that much damage, he is super slow, needs a buff overall

 yeah i8 agree, but its gonna be good and bad for players at the same time becouse it will probaly bring more bugs to the game

OMG, this is terrible. 

Releasing new garbage when the game is a hot mess.  Come on. 

1. Pilot implant fees making using any of this new crap impossible anyway, so what's the point. 
2. Matchmaking is brutal.
3. The new maps are garbage - too tight for FFA, useless for any other form of game.
4. Other maps are old and stale.
5. Bugs everywhere. SO many more issues with the 2.2 release.

I've cut off my spending -  There's no point anymore.  It's obvious that they're burning the game into the ground and just trying to grab as much $$ as possible on the way down.  I'll just keep playing with my same setups until I get bored.
