Only my guess, but I don't think it's possible in one volley just because they are support mechs.  But it will depend on who you're matched with, or if the bots are low level.  But as you progress, the matchup should get progressively tougher as you also rank up (bots get tougher, presumably).

I run a maxed shadow w/ arc10 and arc6 with a maxed G-lock pilot.  It's it a devestating little monster.  I can stand toe to toe with any bot mech, even an Ares with arcs as bots cannot aim at u while invis.  You'll take a random hit once in a while.  At lower level, lets say 10-12 power MR6, ARC6, or Jav6 would be ideal.
