I've taken a look at both the English and Russian language versions and on a daily basis i read things that 1. I cannot repeat here 2. Scam/Trash/Spam and is counter productive, as well as players who play eachother cannot really talk so i have no clue why its even there.

I think having a clear moderation plan would really help keep the chat useful and friendly for everyone. You could suggest using tools similar to those in modified WhatsApp that filter spam and block harmful messages automatically. This way, players can focus on chatting and playing without distractions, making the game more enjoyable for all.
There are mods about, and you can also manually report people to support.
You'll occasionally see people getting banned warned etc but I think plarium is probably understaffed (good old layoffs)
