Today, I had to re-install MechArena due to a BlueStacks (android emulator runing in Win 10) windows crash and was given a new player ID, which in effect, all game-earned as well purchased credits and arsenal upgrades/assets, has been lost and inaccessible.
Is there any way or support for recovery of the original player account ID and associated assets?

If you have any old screenshots of your gameID attach them. If not you will probably have to provide something for them to find such as a prior purchase with the ending of your credit card.
Thanks for the suggestion, just did (2nd time) and a section of the request reads:
"Please advice on how to recover the original 23913999, possibly through some user admin functionality:
- logging in with the ID instead of an email, or
- asset consolidation or merge assets among accounts, or
- option to transfer assets among accounts."
Hopefully this time, I'll get some help.
