Pls surge buff and revoker
Bro surge is nerfed and sometimes i did because of the 15 m emp after dash we need a surge and revoker buff

Why buff revoker? It's balanced now, and I don't think revokers would be buffed again. Surge might need a buff (like a personal shield like Redox gets after ability activation) but Surge is still fine without buffs.
