Slow replies from support and forum community managers recently makes me very worried

It takes support and cms on here weeks to reply. I know you say you're always listening to feedback but when you're not engaging with it that makes it hard to feel like you are. I don't know if I asked some questions that were too hard for you to answer honestly or what. I don't know if it's me calling plarium out for items giving literally half the stated value?  Support has even started closing very important tickets about matchmaking and bots without giving answers. You said you'd be more transparent and I'm not seeing it. In fact from my perspective the opposite has happened. And I don't get it because you've done so well on so many fronts. Does that stop when players realize how this game can hurt them?

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts. I understand your frustration, but I want you to know that we’re listening and passing player feedback to our developers. Not everything can be added to the game right away, but each input matters.

Changes to the game are based on many factors and are always carefully considered. Matchmaking is a tricky one, and we know it’s important. As I’ve mentioned before, it’s not something that can be fixed instantly, but we’re gradually making improvements, and I hope you’ll start noticing them in the game soon.

And for support tickets, you can always reopen yours if needed. Sometimes tickets close automatically, or the team may have already provided an answer.

If anything else is bothering you, just let me know. I’m here and happy to help!

Thanks for your response, Vel. In case you hadn't realized, I asked questions about transparency. Is that too hard to answer?

I suppose I forgot to mention the tickets were closed without a response. I still had unanswered question. These were not tickets closing automatically as far as I'm aware. See as far as I'm aware, tickets close automatically after period with no activity. I submitted these tickets and the next day they were closed with no response when as I previously stated I still had unanswered questions.

This is an issue of transarency. So could you please re-read and answer my questions about transparency?

And how come this is only one of two threads that have been answered in the past week?
