For anyone that doesn't have any of the 5 mechs in the ECR but wants them all, they'd need to spend at most 4000 acoins for each (at rank 4). So at face value this is not a terrible ECR.

However, most long-time players would already have some of these mechs, so spinning for the others would make less sense. And most new players would not have 20,000 acoins to spare. So the target audience is unclear to me on this one. That aside, it's an interesting thing to try and I have nothing against it. I'll just sit it out.

PS - Paying players are of course a target audience, but I'm disregarding them because that is true for any event / offer.. not just this one.

Yes Sure i was angry because i saved up A-coins for such an mech Event with 350 A-coins per Spin 3 Event changes i've been waiting for an good mech and then this

As long as they keep up the general trend of ECRs they have recently, it's just a matter of time. Hold on to those a-coins for the future events :-).
