I used to think support here wasn't too bad, until...
I just had a ticket through support. They still dodge the question of why do we have to fight against squads that are double our power. Afterwards they sent a message to rate the support. I didn't get it to right then and there, but when I tried to today, it shows they closed the ticket already. All we need is some transparency about what is being done. But the sad part is it's either the customer support team doesn't trust the developers, or the developers don't trust the support team. It really shows every where in the game.
