As far as I know, the Vortex code was a mistake :) Everyone who got it, nice.

For having nice code to get people started, I can understand having something strong to pull from. Blizzfrost seems a bit of an overkill for that, but still their decision. When I got started, there were only a few A-Coins in a starting code :(

Orion will kill Blitzfrost most of the time :) Just buy that Mech and hope more players will come for a better and fairer matchmaking!

i agree new players always can get a good start while us we have to work hard to keep advancing.

Here's an example I created a new account yesterday for some kind of magic I got Killshot in 2 hours but in my regular acccount it took me  3-4 months.

On a veteran account I just managed to log back into I have Neymar Jr and MVP Neymar Jr pilots and I can put mods on rank 3 mechs and 3 star panther and killshot from before they got moved down the progress path and upgraded to epic from uncommon.

I've got privileges new players can only dream of on this account. They get some mechs and weapons I have to work for early.

And the new players have to deal with p2p SP cheaters. These codes make it easier

I agree. I never got Neymar because I was off the game for a bit at that time, but I already have had mod access but never used them so I had to get caught up on that...but man...do the mods change the game entirely. Im really glad they have these codes now because ive been able to help a couple of my friends get into the game and my sons friends to get into the game and they can start out with something I dont even have. Thats pretty awesome as a new player. Even though those mechs will become their worst mechs pretty quickly if they play a lot until they level up and get the legendary drops. 

Wartex- new player gets vortex

Chillbot- new player gets blitzfrost

Blastzone- new player gets guardian

Backtrack- new player gets redeemer

Robotrush- new player gets shadow

Also if they download the game thru different links from MidGame's Youtube channel they can start with scorpions, eclipse, or aegis and get legendary weapons and some coin to begin with as well. 

Yeah you can start game with surge 4 stars and revoker 8s. That stays good. Players can use 3 new player promo codes in 72 hours of joining. Best ones to get I think are blizzfrost, guardian and redeemer (redeemer getting buff at below max).

Also to be entirely fair, Blizzfrost was also availabe for existing players as well through the crate rush. That's how I got it. Granted you have to have enough acoins saved up, but these crate rushes have been happening for long enough that people should start to see the value of saving resources and getting stuff that isn't in the gear hub, or (like EM8) is too expensive in the gear hub.
