Token REWARDS depend on Account??? WTF

So, I recently discovered that on the Disruptor 16 mission, I didn't receive any token reward.

Looking further into this, I also did not have the Crate Rush for the pilot Val at the time. A friend not having Disruptor 16 or Val could earn both tokens:

i

Buying stuff beforehand gets you punished? No replacement A-Coins for Val or the chance to the rest of the stuff, and no chance for blueprints on the weapon (Disruptor 16 on 3 Stars).

Why does Plarium punish people for buying stuff?

Why is it not equally fair for everyone?

Making quest rewards account-dependent seems like a petty way to get players to spend more or play more for the same items. I should have earned 550 A-Coins in tokens (Val = 200, Disruptor 16 = 350).

Is this really how you manage the players?

FIX it and reimburse the players who were wronged. This is a real concern for treating some players differently from others. Please anser all Questions and do not come up with a generic answer like: "We will take your post into consideration" or "This was a test to see whatever" (still reimburse players)!

When you own something (mech/pilot) and it pops up for sale in the % adds, you get the Acoin's for what it is in the game to purchase. So, good investment to buy the 9,300 acoins for a mech that you own already for the $8 or whatnot when its on sale, also when you own the weapon or whatnkt the crates do, you get a different crate event to get more blueprints, pilot points, etc that others wouldn't have. But I had the idea of if you buy a mech at 3 stars or whatnot and its in the progression system as a 5 star when you unlock through there, it should allow you to upgrade thru progression with a coin to get it to the 5 star at a prorated amount

Hello! We understand why this feels unfair from your perspective, especially when comparing Rewards between accounts. Let us clarify how this works.

Some Event Rewards are structured differently depending on whether a player already owns specific Content. If you already have an item, the system converts that Reward into alternative compensation (such as Credits), rather than offering duplicate unlock Rewards.

This isn’t intended to punish players who previously purchased Content. The structure exists to prevent duplicate progression Rewards while still ensuring value is granted.

Players who don’t own the Content may see Token-based opportunities tied to unlock Events, but those are not guaranteed acquisitions - they are chances within Event systems.

We understand that differences in Reward presentation can feel uneven, and your feedback on how you perceive them is important. We’ll make sure it’s shared with the team.

Well it is punishing people, because 10k Credits instead of a Token, where I have the chance for Blueprints is not a compensation ... are you really arguing this as FAIR?

Buying the gun for A-Coins will punish a player for the next "event". FAIR would be to give the player a fiar a-coin value when winning the gun if already owned instead of stripping the chance compleatly and depleating the chance even on the blueprints.

You also have not gotten into the same with the pilot "event", which was compleatly missing for me. No chance on the token (just a few credits) and by this no chance of other rewards from the "event".

Make it fair and leave all rewards and events for everyone the same. Players then can decide if they wanna use the token or get the credit reward if not used later. Furthermore, leave the main price in the event if owned and give the players a-coins as a replacement.

I don't know Drew, I see reddit posts of the ultimate sale 4K A-coins, 270K credits and a champion crate for $6.29.... it's not available to me.

This sale is happening right now, and I have a 800 mod credit for 2.99.  Not a good deal
