Proof support responses are AI (Drew told a lie)

Drew, you told me support doesn't use AI to respond to tickets. You told me a lie and now I have definitive proof.

I sent this message to support about being forced to play hangar showdown:

And this is the response they sent me:

As you can see, the response doesn't match the complaint at all. This is the generic response they give to matchmaking complaints. Obviously my complaint here isn't just about match making though it was mentioned. No my complaint is about being forced to play hangar showdown.

Why are you responding to tickets with AI? And why are you lying to me? I don't appreciate that my tickets aren't being looked at by a real perso. And I really don't appreciate being lied to.

At this point Drew, I would quit your job if you knew what was good for you. This community has been through this dance 3 times before with CMs lying on behalf of plarium.

If plarium won't let you admit that it was a lie that you don't use any AI responding to tickets I'd quit.

If this isn't AI it's automated somehow so don't try and tell me it's real people responding.

Hi! I repeat one more time, we don't have any AI assistants in the Mech Arena Team. 

Because of the high workload, some responses may follow templates for clarity and efficiency, which might give that impression.

No you automate the responses somehow. It's not real people unless I ask for one I know that. You can stop lying. You think we're stupid but we're f**king not. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON AS LONG AS I HAVE BEEN PLAYING!

I KNOW FOR A FACT IT'S NOT REAL PEOPLE

A REAL PERSON DOES NOT READ WHAT I SAID THEN GIVE ME THAT STUPID GENERIC RESPONSE

THEY SENT A RESPONSE TO THE WORDS "MATCH MAKING"

IF THEY READ "MATCH MAKING" THEY READ ENOUGH TO GIVE A RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT ABOUT HAVING TO PLAY HANGAR SHOWDOWN, BUT THEY DIDN'T! BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T GET THAT FAR THEY DIDN'T EVEN READ MY TICKET!

You know how else I know that the response wasn't real? Because if it was they would have asked that I refrain from swearing. That's a dead giveaway on top of a dead giveaway.

It's automated. You use automated responses for support tickets.

Support requests are handled by real agents. Template-based replies help maintain consistency and efficiency, especially under a high workload. This does not mean responses are automated or that tickets aren’t reviewed. 

You are free to think what you want in this regard. No pressure, but I'll stick to our official positions and statements.

I also ask that conversations remain respectful and avoid explicit language, in accordance with the forum rules.

If real humans are reading and reviewing the tickets why doesn't it feel like it?

It's because the official statenen is a lie. I don't just THINK that. I KNOW THAT!

Unless you can prove otherwise. But you won't. You come up with this excuse to main consistency and efficiency that's BS

The response isn't consistent with my answer and it can't be very efficient to have players begging for a response that matches their complaints for months at a god damn time.

You say real humans review the tickets. But it's clear in this instance they didn't. AND IT FEELS THE SAME WITH EVERY MESSAGE I'VE SENT THEM FOR AT LEAST 3 GOD DAMN MONTHS NOW

The approach to support tickets is clearly just LAZY AND UNHELPFUL EVEN IF I'M TO ASSUME YOU'RE BEING 100% TRUTHFUL EVEN THOUGH I KNOW YOU'RE NOT

WHY CAN'T YOU ADMIT SUPPORT HAS A PROBLEM?!

Ok what this looks like is you got caught in a spam filter.

It's not proof lol.

Plarium likely gets MANY complains about matchmaking and so on, many more then they get actual support requests.

It would only be reasonable to create a system that automatically scans support requests for common patterns and then can responds with a predetermined response to avoid wasting an actual humans time.

Systems like these are pretty common once you get looking.

So basically exactly what Drew said :3

Drew said that template based replies (automated responses) may be used to help maintain availability under higher workload, ei spam increases the workload, so automated responses can be used to mitigate it. Ofc Drew said there aren't automated responses, which is wrong because the initial support request always gets a response that indeed claims to be automated; CD isn't talking about that. 

We're both talking about the same thing and calling it differently.

Read comments in full next time, ok?

He didn't say anything about availability.

And he explicitly said support requests are handled by real agents. He didn't make exceptions.

This is a lie they all maintain. I identify what you call "spam filter" replies as automated and they deny it. I get what you're saying but they're maintaining a facade because as has already been said they think we're stupid.

Yes, the same as the game, nothing concise or correct, everything is done in some way, even you don't know where you are and what to do. This is why the game has deteriorated significantly. How can you say that because of the amount of work they're giving you wrong answers???

In 4 years in Mech Arena, and 11 in PLARIUM, I've always seen bugs, inequality, and little attention to players, and always in all NERF games. I stopped writing to support a long time ago, even though Plarium games all have problems, they've never managed to solve anything, giving evasive answers... and I've noticed, very often, the same answers are given by different teams in different games, but the same answers. This is a deceptive game, as everyone is talking about now...
