Proof support responses are AI (Drew told a lie)
Drew, you told me support doesn't use AI to respond to tickets. You told me a lie and now I have definitive proof.
I sent this message to support about being forced to play hangar showdown:

As you can see, the response doesn't match the complaint at all. This is the generic response they give to matchmaking complaints. Obviously my complaint here isn't just about match making though it was mentioned. No my complaint is about being forced to play hangar showdown.
Why are you responding to tickets with AI? And why are you lying to me? I don't appreciate that my tickets aren't being looked at by a real perso. And I really don't appreciate being lied to.
