It's unfair man. Should give events to everyone equally. Or u should give remuneration equal to the rewards of the event.

This Event is certainly avaialble for all the new players. Perhaps you've already created an account before, in this way the Event isn't available for you again,

No I haven't created any account before this is my first time playing in this device. I also got the vortex mech with promo code, which is only available for new device players. Dude your customer service is very bad. You should remove support option from the game, at least it will not give false hope to players.

We are running tests for different player groups, so it's likely you and your friend are in different test groups.
