I want to preface this by saying, I do enjoy the game and think there's something worth investing in here.

That being said I have a few points of contention as a paying player:

1. The scarcity of currency (primaril A-coins) is wrong. I understand you need to make profit and have some strategy for player retention but I believe the mediums for getting Acoins right now are too few and Acoins value are overinflated for their actual worth. Rather than make it so difficult/scarce to the point where you either have to grind this game for months or years or you need to pay $100 for the Acoin equivalent of two legendary mechs (14,000 - 18,000), maybe it speaks volumes to how poorly your game is designed that you need to result to such to keep profits flowing and players engaged. Maybe just make the major quality of life changes we've all been crying for then consistently release content and game modes that are not mediocre.

2. It feels like Plarium insults or punishes you for being 'cheap'. I've bought currency, weapons and mechs for a discounted price but with all these crate rushes giving the stuff for basically free, i might as well have just bought acoins and saved my money to unlock these items at a higher rank. 

For example: Burrow beam 12 is in crate rush and i am happy F2P players can get it but I am annoyed that I spent money on the tokens to spin for it and I got it at rank 4 while it is in Acoin crate rush for 5 stars. Why spit in the face of the people who pay money? I bet you will do the same with charge rocket. Essentially calling anyone who tries to get new things early 'stupid' for not waiting for when it is available in a stronger version for less cost. I don't get your logic.

Charge rocket unlimited crate rush is also a dumb idea that does not benefot paying or free players. The infinite rewards (credits and implant parts that are not even a decent amount) take up all the luck of you getting any of the main prizes. This is the equivalent of a casino slot machine.

3. The matchmaking is so garbage and this is a factor of three things i have found: The bots, matchmaking AI and mods.

I know mods are going to be reworked so i will hold off that rant since you already know it was a stupid idea to implement it how it is currently. 

The matchmaking AI apart from being abused still pairs players in ways i don't get. Why am I 5,600 SP and getting someone of 2000 SP on my team in control point clash???!!! Our enemies are both at my level so i have to do the hard work and carry my lower SP teammate??! That is wild.

The bots dont make sense first of all it feels like a lot of times my enemies bots are playing super aggressive while my bots are behaving dumb and passive.The bots do 180 degree turns and react with inhuman speed. Their aim is always super accurate, sometimes getting hit when the projectile only passes by you. The AI cheats. I have also seen bots spawn in with low tier weapons and mechs, why is that the case when I and the opposing player are running hangars with all legendary stuff? 

  I have started to notice that the AI of this game is set to keep your win rate just above 50%. Whether this is some plot to make us frustrated enough to want to spend on better gear but satisfied enough to not leave the game, I don't like it. 

I'm reaching a point where I am seriously considering deleting this game. So much potential wasted. I am not entitled to anything because I spent money, but i believe some of the systems are designed in a way that tells you that you are a fool for spending.
