The imbalance that the company introduces into the game is very destructive, in the sense that the game will eventually lose its players' environment!

You can't just hand out weapons that affect game balance.

Otherwise, players may get the impression that in this game only money influences the outcome of the game.

Fewer and fewer players will want to play a game where only money can win.

The line here is very fine, but it exists and you must respect it.

Hi! The games are quite different: Mech Arena features a ranking system, unlike Counter-Strike, where all Weapon stats are set in stone. Thus, there are different problems and corresponding resolutions.

The weapons aren't the problem.  The biggest problem is the intentional imbalance created by allowing some players to use mods while denying others.  It's either a scam to force new players to spend money to upgrade their mechs to 6 stars or the devs lack the mental capacity to understand that there is no competition when rules and requirements only apply to some players.  I would gladly buy some weapons if they could provide balanced matchmaking and true competition where the rules and requirements apply to all.  They don't listen to their customers.  We ask for balance and that the mods feature be fixed and available equally. Instead they bring out new weapons that we can't use on mobile hoping to get some money out of the new players that haven't caught on to the scam yet.  Welcome to cash grab scam arena where it's never as advertised, just deceptive tactics to get your money.

Crystal Drew, what is mutually exclusive about having equal rules for all players? Do you even understand what "mutually exclusive" means?   Equal rules are not mutually exclusive but what you say and the actions taken by this company definitely are.

Of course not all players are going to agree with equal rules for all players.  The Plarium endorsed cheaters with the lower star requirement aren't going to want to lose their advantage over other players.

Please reread my comment carefully. I've never stated that the "equal rules for all players" is mutually exclusive, but some of the suggested ways to guarantee such terms definitely are. 

For example, some players want Revokers rebalanced, saying it will make the game more fair; others don't, as they enjoy how Revokers are now.  We receive hundreds of other similar requests.

That's why our team is carefully developing the updates to meet the goal and make the majority enjoy them.

Drew is right here. I'll give another example. Some people want to be able to pay to win. I don't want people to have that ability. How do you make all players happy here? The answer is you can't
