Recent rebalance was a ploy to farm good will
Recently plarium just implemented a re-balance they said they were slowing down development of new content to focus on the current roster. Which sounds great and so far has been great they haven't NERFed anything too much some things got buffed who knows how the META evolves there. Except not a chance it's going to evolve so any current content becomes META because what plarium didn't tell us was they were already almost done with new META items that overpower everything currently in MA.
Yeah plarium just gave content creators the test server with a new beam weapon that does more DPS than revoker and can pierce the target. Yeah not just pierce things on the way to the target it pierces the target too and can partially bypass mods and it has more range than revokers. This is essentially the replacement for revokers, like they added pod guns to replace disk launchers.
They also gave content creators on test server a mech that applies an immobilizing status that works on eclipse for some reason. Not quite as OP as EMP because you can still turn your head and shoot when affected but turning is slowed and again for some reason it works on eclipse while its ability is active. I thought Eclipses whole thing was it was immune to debuffs while it's ability is active but it doesn't become immune to this one for some reason. Just so they can sell you the solution to eclipse they created a mech that breaks the rules of MA. On and it's 30 meters and the mech gets damage resistance ranging from 50% to 75%. Screw letting people save a bit of money or resources by letting currently existing items become new META let's just sell a completely new META anyways. Thought we told you we don't like you selling solutions but I guess you're going to do it anyways.
Watch too since I've complained here so they aren't just giving the eclipse solution to p2w and try and seem like they're being fair they'll do a raffle for tokens to a crate rush where you'll have maybe a 10% chance to get the mech if you win the raffle like when they sold Aegis the solution to rocket mortars at the time.
