The forum anti-spam tool has banned me three times in less than three weeks :-). I hope they fix the problem soon.

On a positive note, opening a Mech Arena support ticket and letting them know gets you unbanned quick enough. Turnaround time for me so far has been one or two days except for the first time. When you log a ticket, mention your forum ID number upfront (if you are banned from the forum) for fastest resolution.

I realize that you see a lot of complaining in the forum, lending the forum a reputation for hostility and profanity, as well as the notion that Plarium isn't listening or just doesn't care.

If I may offer you some kudos, the lagging and glitch issues that I was complaining about before is now gone since I switched to a laptop, thanks to a suggestion that I got from this forum. If Plarium had a hand in that improvement, then I say thank you.

Anti-spam tools making mistakes notwithstanding, uncontrolled banning is counterproductive to the purpose of the forum, i.e., a place where people (in this case, the players, Plarium's customers) interact to exchange views and ideas, and sometimes voice issues and concerns.

Give the players a reason to see this forum as a safe community where they can expresses themselves (within guidelines, of course) without the annoyance of getting randomly banned beause of a faulty anti-spam tool.

I was banned like a week ago. I hadn't posted much lately, so was surprised that happened. I just posted about a ticket I had opened with them and their response where they basicly said that if the game allows someone to do something without using a third party program, they will allow anything. I was banned for a week. They decided to talk to me about that issue instead of the banning, so I didn't know why I was banned or how to get unbanned. They basicly waited till the day the ban would have been over to unban me. They could never tell me what triggered the ban and that their website spam tool has problems. Just seemed really odd.
